Understanding Mental Health Matters

With this in mind, I dedicated my education and career to studying evidence-based approaches that truly help people.

I trained as a psychiatrist at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) and completed additional studies in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, at renowned institutions such as USP, UNIFESP, and the VEDA Cognitive Therapy Center (CTC).

Today, I combine this background to guide individuals through mental health coaching and mindfulness-based programs focused on strength, clarity, and emotional growth. My mission is to help people reconnect with their inner resources and live with purpose and vitality.
